Dinesh Saxena, Managing Partner

Dinesh has a 25+ year illustrious career in growing agencies through exceptional recruiting, and instituting a culture of high performance.  In pursuit of his passion he has collected numerous awards such as #1 ranked Partner in Ohio, #1 ranked Partner in the South Central Zone, #9 ranked Partner in the company, Gathering of Eagles, Summit Manager qualifier, several MDRTs, Premier President's Council, etc.  Dinesh rejoined New York Life in April 2013 as Partner, was promoted to Senior Partner, and quickly promoted again to Managing Partner of the Cincinnati General Office.  Dinesh has been married to his bride Manju for 31 years and they have two daughters pursuing their dreams in NYC & Seattle.



Rajesh Patel, Senior Partner

Rajesh emerged as a standout leader when he began his career with New York Life Insurance in 2016.  In his first four months, Rajesh qualified for New York Life's Premier Executive Council# and by the end of his first year, he qualified for New York Life's Presidents Council# and became the Life Leader for the entire South Central Zone.  In both 2016 and 2017, he qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT*) in addition was presented with the prestigious Gathering of Eagles Award.  Rajesh was promoted to Associate Partner in February of 2018.

Prior to joining New York Life, Rajesh gained 10 years of management experience in the retail whole sale, import and export business.  He also holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Gujarat University.  Rajesh and his wife Harsha have three angelic daughters Nancy, Vidhi, and Rahi.

Rajesh is honored to help individuals of all types and looks forward to building relationships with motivated professionals who are looking for a rewarding, and highly compensated career path.  He strongly believes in teamwork, integrity, innovation, openness, accountability, personal, and professional growth.



Lakshya Arora, Partner 

Lakshya Joined New York Life in 2017 right after graduating from Ohio State University with a BS in Economics. During his first year in the business he stood out earning The Rookie of the Year Award, and in the next two consecutive years qualifying for New York Life's Executive Council#.

Along his path, he won The Case Rate Leader Award and The Investment Annuity Leader Award. In October 2019 He was promoted to Associate Partner and in April 2020 he was promoted to a Partner.

Lakshya is grateful for starting his Life Journey with New York Life, “it's already been more than a Career, it's been an adventure with a very supportive team”.

He looks forward to sharing the opportunity he was given with those looking to improve the quality of their lives and of their character.



Timothy Vollrath, Partner   

Tim started in our industry as a Financial Services Professional with Prudential in 2007. He was promoted to Manager, Financial Services in 2009 and ran a detached office in Louisville, Kentucky. Tim grew up with his 6 younger brothers and still resides on the West Side of Cincinnati with his wife and children.

Tim is a veteran of the US Air Force and the Ohio Air National Guard. He is currently the commander of American Legion Post #485 in Cleves, Ohio.

Brian T. Burger, CLU, LUTCF, ChFC, CASL, CLF, Director of Development

Brian graduated from Ohio State University in 1998 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Economics.  He joined New York Life in 1999 qualifying for Executive Council# in his first and second year as an agent.  He also qualified to attend the prestigous Million Dollar Round Table* meeting in 2000 as a Mentoring Aspirant.  As an agent, he focused on helping families with New York Life's vast array of products and specialized in benefits to businesses and business owners.  He joined the management team in 2001 and strives to help new agents at New York Life reach their full potential with New York Life's NYLIC University.  Brian resides in Lebanon with his wife Nicole, son Braden and twin daughters.  He enjoys sports, Nascar, friends and traveling. 


Melissa P. Brooks 
Administrative Manager 

Melissa P. Brooks started with New York Life in May of 2002 in the Charlotte General Office.  She worked in the New Business/Client Services Department, then transitioned to the Contracting and Licensing Department in Oct 2010. She was promoted to the Associate Service Leader program January 2019.

In 2014, she graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Melissa won the Staff Member of the year award several years while working in the General Office. She enjoys helping people and strives to make a difference.

Originally from Albuquerque New Mexico, Melissa moved to Charlotte North Carolina in 1996 where she met her husband DeAngelo and had three children, Kaila, Julian, and Nino. Melissa loves camping with her family and reading.



Regina "Gina" Caudill, FLMI, ACS, AIAA, Agency Standards Consultant

Gina has been with New York Life since 1985.  She began her career with New York Life in the West Virginia General Office.  She was promoted to the position of Administrative Manager of the Lexington, Kentucky General Office in September of 1995.  She was appointed Agency Standards Consultant for the Kentucky General Office located in Louisville in August of 2001, then appointed to the position of Senior Agency Standards Consultant in September of 2004.  In February of 2006, she also joined the management staff of the Cincinnati General Office as the Senior Agency Standards Consultant.  She oversees the sales practices of the agents and registered representatives and assists them with understanding the various federal and state regulations governing the insurance and financial services industry.  She holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 53, and 66 licenses.  She and her husband, Andrew and their family reside in Lexington, Kentucky. 


Constantine Zourzoukis, South Central Zone Business Development Consultant

Constantine brings with him over 20 years of extensive management experience.  He joined New York Life in December 2011 and has since achieved many of the company's highest honors including case rate leader in 2012, 2013 and 2014, Life Foundation award winner in 2013 and Centurion winner in 2013 and 2014. He made New York Life's Executive Council in 2013 and was awarded Executive Council Premier# in 2014. 

Constantine attended George Mason and is working towards a major in English. He became an agent mentor in 2012 and also continues in that capacity today.
